Process Serving
An important and often crucial element of litigation is the effective personal service of Court Documentation or associated correspondence to a named individual or an organisation. We are very experienced in all aspects of this field and fully understand the critical role that timely and accurate document delivery plays in this essential process.
When you instruct us to effect service on your behalf you can be assured of a highly professional service where we will make all reasonable efforts to serve documents in accordance with the law and in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner. We will keep you updated throughout the process and will be on hand to answer any questions that you may have.
We have a proven track record for successfully serving documents in the most difficult of cases and we use our extensive experience and guile to serve respondents who might be evading service and avoiding the due process.
Ordinarily documents will be uploaded and emailed to us as this enables us to expedite the matter as efficiently as possible but we also understand that this is not always possible so we can also collect documents from any chosen location.
